We look to invest in venture funds that have a shared vision and strategically fit our overall investment principles. We do not invest in funds purely in search of alpha. We are not significant investors, but we bring a value that most fund-of-funds may not be able to which could enhance success. Unless there is a fit or benefit to our entire circle of partner funds, we may not be the right fit for you as investors. Most of the funds we have invested are funds we have worked with or have built a relationship with in the past. We are more than open to building that first (getting to know you) prior to considering an investment.

We have recently changed our deal submission protocol. If you would like to submit a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) or executive summary to be considered for financing, please visit our proprietary deal entry system, MyDealVC.com (beta), and create your personal profile. From there you will be able to enter the PPM, load attachments, and maintain updates. This account will serve as your own profile for any future information you would like to share with us. We receive a number of PPMs each month, thus, it is difficult for us to respond to each one. We will, however, try to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
